Web Developer for our Beijing office

CRM Factory is looking for a web developer to join our fast track dynamic team in Beijing. You will be responsible to provide high quality front end package to the project you joined and will report directly to the team leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with more experience in front end web development with latest technologies and cool ideas to be part of a rich and diverse company culture with an attractive salary and benefits, plus the opportunity to develop your skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of responsive HTML5/JS/CSS3 application and hybrid mobile apps with frontend technology.
  • Responsibility for front end coding part of the enterprise CMS solutions (mostly JAVA based) projects and stand-alone enterprise internet application projects.
  • Working in close collaboration with the creative department, the backend development team and the business stakeholders on front end solution seeking.
  • Consult other team members and build them up regarding technology, and processes.

Skill Requirements:

  • HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g. AngularJS, jQuery, RequireJS, BackboneJS, ReactJs, Ionic, etc.)
  • Knowledge of responsive design based with original CSS3+HTML5 and bootstrap
  • Knowledge  in Ajax theory, familiar with JSON, SOAP data format
  • Deployment and management processes experience (DEV, QA, Live)
  • Knowledge of SEO is a plus
  • OpenSource CMS systems experience is a plus (e.g. OpenCMS, wordpress, joomla, Typo3, Liferay, etc.)
  • Development supportive systems like Jira, Confluence, deployment with Hudson, automated testing, release control and version management using Subversion or GIT

MCON Japan is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our fast track dynamic team in Tokyo. Your tasks and responsibilities will be in the areas of CRM B2B products, mobile-apps, eCommerce, CRM and BI, executing tasks like Business Development, Project Initiation and Requirement Gathering/Analysis, Pilot programs delivery and measuring. Possible tasks in future: build up SPARK and act as Team leader of SPARK. The main industry you will work on will be automotive and automotive finance, wholesale and retail level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for presales/business development: assessment of briefings and, if necessary, refinement based on your own suppositions, preparation of effort estimates, drafting of proposals.
  • Leads and Prospect generation at OEM and Retail level in the automotive and automotive finance.
  • Advising clients (all levels of business and their management levels) and team members in regards to automotive/FMCG strategy and CRM related topics
  • Following-up on outstanding technical questions with the Technical Project Manager
