Open position: HR/Admin Assistant in Shanghai

We are looking for a Human Resources/admin assist for our office in Shanghai. Your duties and responsibilities are:

  • Assist recruiting in full-recruiting cycle including but not limited to:
    • advertising job positions
    • pre-screening of candidate profiles
    • interview preparation and execution
    • offer handling & negotiation
    • hiring process follow up
    • compensation & benefits related facilitation with global HR in Beijing
  • Support ER related issues such as:
    • planning, coordination and execution of on-boarding process
    • conducting exit interviews and check out process
  • Manage and keep forms and database information for the employment process up to date
  • Employee leaves and attendance management
  • Provide HR related consultation to all employees
  • Support training and regular performance reviews
  • Assist in scheduling in-office/external meetings, employee programs and events in compliance with department needs
  • Office daily admin tasks including but not limited to:
    • foreign employee visa issues (facilitating external visa agency)

BI Developer wanted in Mexico!

We are looking for a BI Developer with good Business knowledge. The position requires interaction with customer, outside suppliers, and other cross-functional team members.

Job Tasks

Main tasks are:

  • Analysis of Business Requirements, defining proper IT-Solutions
  • Mapping of Business Processes to BI solutions
  • Work closely with business stakeholders
  • Consult other team members and build them up
  • Design and build the components of business intelligence data ware-house
  • Process documentation (Business Proposal, System Proposal, GAP/Fit Analysis etc.)
  • Building the bridge between BI und Business Departments
  • Consulting customers and do the business requirement analysis, drafting IT solutions

Communication Skills

  • Be able to comprehend, summarize and explain concepts and issues in a structured, receiver-oriented way.
  • Be proficient in English, speaking and writing
  • Be proficient in Spanish, speaking and writing
  • German language knowledge is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills

Professional Skills

Are you a Graphic Designer? We want you!

We at MCON, are looking for a Graphic Designer (junior to intermediate level) to join our Shanghai/Beijing Marketing team.

The ideal candidate is a POSITIVE, CREATIVE and PROACTIVE individual, with the ability to work across multiple platforms to create visual materials (digital, printed, presentations, etc.) which will communicate ideas, concepts, products purpose, story and functionality through images, typography, colors and space. You will work in the intersection of physical and digital – building a delightful, polished user experiences.

You will surprise, challenge and engage colleagues and clients with new ideas that they haven’t seen before!

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce high-quality visual designs for marketing collaterals including digital, printed, video external and internal
  • Assist sales professionals in the design of client deliverable materials such power point or keynote presentations.
  • Create new graphics and/or layout to improve current templates for capabilities packages, proposals, newsletters, photobooks, posters, cards
  • Creating exemplary, intuitive, useful visual design solutions inclusive of interactive mock-ups and prototypes for projects and products
  • Design and maintain corporate marketing collateral including brochures, folders, sell sheets, resumes, flyers, posters, infographics, photography, banners, etc.
  • Design corporate apparel and promotional items.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interactive, graphic, visual communications, advertising) or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Good command of English and of Mandarin (both Spoken and Written)
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Experience with analog printed and processes and latest web design trends and techniques
  • Experience with video production and editing tools are advantages
