Open position: HR/Admin Assistant in Shanghai

We are looking for a Human Resources/admin assist for our office in Shanghai. Your duties and responsibilities are:

  • Assist recruiting in full-recruiting cycle including but not limited to:
    • advertising job positions
    • pre-screening of candidate profiles
    • interview preparation and execution
    • offer handling & negotiation
    • hiring process follow up
    • compensation & benefits related facilitation with global HR in Beijing
  • Support ER related issues such as:
    • planning, coordination and execution of on-boarding process
    • conducting exit interviews and check out process
  • Manage and keep forms and database information for the employment process up to date
  • Employee leaves and attendance management
  • Provide HR related consultation to all employees
  • Support training and regular performance reviews
  • Assist in scheduling in-office/external meetings, employee programs and events in compliance with department needs
  • Office daily admin tasks including but not limited to:
    • foreign employee visa issues (facilitating external visa agency)
    • local employee Hukou or working resident certificate
    • arrangements concerning company meetings
    • support in managing various office supplies
  • Facilitate with global HR department in Beijing in terms of active input to HR department related processes, innovations/improvements

Requirements:

  • 1 – 3 years of professional experience in HR or admin
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with high diligence
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work alone & un-managed and to work as part of a team when required
